I just wanted to email and thank you for the activities that you provided for our Youth Club Fun Day last weekend. The children had an absolutely wonderful day.

We would also like to make it known that Mark was incredible; as well as running the very busy Climbing Wall, he rectified a minor problem really quickly, and provided me with lots of information regarding Village Halls and the issues surrounding public liability etc.

Because of this, please could you send me further information on the insurances you hold so that we can let our hirers know that you are our preferred company for all activities hired for use within our Village Hall.

We wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU for being part of the largest ever Newton Oxford Town and Gown. We had record numbers in attendance with sign ups across both races going over 5700 runners and just under 5000 of these running on the day. We’re on track to raise over £200k from this year’s event, which will be another record and help massively with our fight to beat muscle-wasting conditions.

Just wanted to say a huge huge thank you! The event was such a success and a special thank you to Darren for setting everything up so smoothly!

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you so much for making our little girls birthday party so amazing. She literally screamed with delight when she arrived. I do not know the set up guys name but he was great, waiting for us when we arrived, was swift, professional and friendly.

Lots of people at the party asked where we got the bouncer from so I really hope you get some bookings from it.

Just wanted to leave some positive feedback for Mark, who delivered our bouncy castle I believe. The castle we ordered was too high for the hall because the dimensions are incorrectly advertised on the village hall website. He realised this quickly and sorted out delivery of an alternative castle for us at no extra charge, which was ready soon after the party started. He was also very friendly and helpful.

I wanted to write to say thank you for all your great service and excellent proactive response with the size of the hall and the set up of the bouncy castle. Most providers would just leave you with the oversized product to deal with the dissapointment there and then. Thanks for taking the time to ring me and alert and offer the ultimate solution which in the end was even better! The girls all loved the pop up animals of the jungle bouncy !

Well, the Canal Festival was a great success (thanks in part to the weather) and the bouncy castle was very popular.

The lady who was in charge (I've forgotten her name) was excellent, please thank her again. This is a biennial event so if we decide to have a bouncy castle again, I will be in touch with you.

I would like to take this opportunity to Thank everyone that helped us during our annual fun day of 2018! It was a great success, we managed to raise over £1,200 for The Old Mill Foundation. This money will help them provide their services of physical and emotional support to their patients.

Mark was brilliant on the day - setting up, making sure our guys knew what they were doing and looking after the continuous line of kids on the climbing wall.

Everyone enjoyed the crazy golf and the Go-Karts and the whole day was a great success.

Please could you pass on my sincere thanks to the gentleman who ran the gyroscope at yesterday’s Aylesbury on Sea, he was a delight to work with and didn’t stop all day, even in the sweltering heat. On a number of occasions I saw him assist visitors with mental and movement difficulties and he did so with total professionalism and respect – ensuring that all of our visitors enjoyed the ride. This isn’t always the case with suppliers, so please do pass on my sincere thanks for his kindness and professionalism.

Thank you SO MUCH Hannah for the Funtime Bouncy Castle which was perfect for the party on Wednesday afternoon.

Can I also let you know that your young man, Jacob, was absolutely superb .... He managed the numbers efficiently and kindly.

When one little one was a bit sick on the castle, he very quickly cleared the area, cleaned the problem and had everything up and running again speedily just like a true professional.

In addition, the castle arrived nice and early, so he helped us brilliantly to put Father Christmas's grotto together.

He is a STAR and a really superb member of your staff.

We reckon that about 150 children came along in total - but they had loads of things to do so were not all on the castle at once!

Just wanted to say a great big thank you for the equipment you supplied to us on Sunday 9th July at Barton Neighbourhood Centre. The Bouncy Castle was brilliant and the soft play was amazing. We had about 45 children attend the party and we had no crying, fights, whingeing or tantrums all because they were far too busy playing!!

I would also like mention your staff member who delivered and collected the equipment. He was extremely efficient, very polite and most helpful when deciding exactly where the equipment needed to be. Turned up when expected and collected promptly. Can you please convey our thanks to him for making the whole process so easy to deal with. The whole service was faultless and seamless. I will make sure we recommend your company to anyone who enquires about play equipment when they book children's parties at the Centre.

Just wanted to give you some feedback from this Saturday just gone, as far as our experience with your Company.

Everyone who I spoke to on the phone (Cassandra & Elliot) were really helpful and courteous and then when the inflatable’s were delivered on Saturday, Mark Darren and Debbie couldn’t have been more helpful.

They were constantly looking for solutions (due to the unpredictable weather) and reassured us when the weather was looking bleak.

They were also very professional but friendly too and made us and our guests feel comfortable throughout the afternoon.
