Cancellation Policy:
Our RainCheck option is available on all our Bouncy Castles and can be added when you process your booking.
The RainCheck option allows you the flexibility to reschedule your booking should you need to cancel the booking due to bad weather. This covers rain and winds.
Our RainCheck option now covers your booking in the event of a national or local lock down as an affect of Corona Virus.

Additional Information: at least one adult must provide close and direct supervision of users on the bouncy castle. Size and number of users must be adhered to at all times. If there is a large age range of children it is essential to split them into appropriate groups according to size.
It is expressively recommended that an hour is allocated for installation/disassembly of your hired goods (additional time required for multiple items delivered). Even though it is likely that the equipment ordered may take less time to install/disassemble than this recommended time, affording this additional time will ensure that in the event of an unforeseen delivery delay, this will not adversely effect your event.
COVID-19 Guidance: In accordance with local and regional safety measures, all equipment delivered would have been subjected to a 72hr quarantine period prior to your hire. All inflatable's are treated with an anti-fungal, microbial coating during manufacturing and this is effective for a period of 2 years. In addition, all inflatables and ancillary items will be sprayed with a anti-bacterial and anti-viral solution mix once installed on site.
